The new aluminum-core joints expand the range of Alusic solutions dedicated to protection systems and modular structures, offering enhanced strength, precision, and long-term durability. Thanks to the internal aluminum core, these joints provide superior mechanical stability compared to traditional versions, while maintaining light weight and ease of assembly. Available in multiple configurations – including the three-way version – they enable the creation of complex angles and the construction of rigid frames, making them ideal for cantilevered applications. Alusic ensures full compatibility with the entire SP line profile range, without compromising the versatility and reliability that define the entire product line.

The new aluminum-core joints are available for 25 mm and 30 mm profiles and ensure increased structural rigidity thanks to the internal metal core.

The range includes four variants for each size:

  • Two-way joint
  • Rounded two-way joint
  • 45° two-way joint
  • Three-way joint

These different configurations allow precise connection of uprights in applications requiring higher torsional strength, accurate alignment, and greater durability compared to joints made entirely of plastic.

ST Line Alusic presents the innovative EVO sleeves for the SR Series compressed air fittings, a true evolution compared to the previous models. Series S1

Starting from Edition 3 of the ST Line-Sicomat catalog, profiles for compressed air distribution with diameters of 80 and 100 mm will no longer be available in the SR Series but in a dedicated series: the S1 Series.

The S1 Series includes aluminum profiles designed for compressed air distribution with diameters of 80 and 110 mm. S1 was developed to meet specific needs in large installations, where efficiency and safety are crucial. Made through the extrusion of high-quality aluminum profiles, the S1 series offers excellent mechanical sealing, thanks to the perfect compatibility between its components. Aluminum profiles and accessories: A whole sector dedicated to extruded aluminum profiles and their accessories. Alusic telescopic columns, models 135.070.400.2 and 135.070.660.3, provide highly versatile and robust lifting solutions for industrial applications. The 135.070.400.2 model is a two-stage column with a retracted length of 601 mm and a stroke of 400 mm, while the 135.070.660.3 three-stage model features a more compact retracted length of 533 mm and a greater stroke of 660 mm. Both models ensure a maximum pushing force of 700 N and an unloaded speed of 38 mm/s, powered by an 18 V/DC supply and a maximum power of 180 W. Made with 60×120 mm anodized aluminum profiles with slot 8, they combine lightness and strength, featuring integrated limit switches and an IP54 protection rating, ideal for demanding work environments.

The Alusic LED lighting systems are available in 5 different lengths, from 250 cm to 2990 cm, and can be conveniently adapted to the three types of slots offered by Alusic: AC, BH, and IM. Additionally, you can choose from 4 different RGB color options: white, red, green, and blue.

Easy to Install in Just Two Steps:

The first step of installing the lighting LED: inserting the LED strip into the profile slot by snapping it into place.
After inserting the LED into the slot, it can be connected to an appropriate power supply.
After inserting the LED strip into the slot and connecting it to the power supply, the LED is ready to illuminate the work station.

Signal LEDs
